1. Simone McGurk

Simone McGurk is a prominent Australian politician and a member of the Western Australian Legislative Assembly. She was born in Perenjori and raised in the surrounding region. McGurk is a member of the Australian Labor Party and has been serving as the Member for Fremantle since 2009. She held several ministerial positions, including Minister for Child Protection and Women's Interests, and Minister for Community Services.

2. Bill Grayden

Bill Grayden was an accomplished Australian author, politician, historian, and broadcaster. While not originally from Perenjori, Grayden played an important role in documenting the history of Perenjori and the surrounding areas. He wrote extensively about Western Australia's exploration and was known for his comprehensive historical works. Grayden also represented the North Province in the Western Australian Legislative Council from 1956 to 1980.

3. Dean Cox

Dean Cox is a former professional Australian rules footballer. While he wasn't born in Perenjori, Cox grew up in the town and started his football career there. He went on to play for the West Coast Eagles in the Australian Football League (AFL) and became one of the most influential ruckmen of his time. Cox played over 280 AFL games and earned numerous accolades, including All-Australian selections and multiple club best and fairest awards.

4. Alf Mills

Alf Mills was a respected Australian politician who served in both state and federal parliaments. Mills, though not originally from Perenjori, represented the Perenjori electorate in the Western Australian Legislative Assembly from 1950 to 1962. He later went on to serve as a member of the Australian House of Representatives from 1963 to 1980, representing the Division of Darling. Mills had a lengthy career and made significant contributions to Australian politics during his tenure.

5. David Wirrpanda

David Wirrpanda is an Aboriginal Australian former professional Australian rules footballer. While not born in Perenjori, he spent part of his childhood in the region. Wirrpanda played for the West Coast Eagles in the AFL and was known for his exceptional skills and leadership qualities. He won the AFL Rising Star award in 1999 and was a pivotal member of the Eagles' 2006 premiership-winning team.
